Who We Are

FounderMatt is a board-certified Emergency Physician is his 20th year of practice. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He has practiced in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Matt is an avid investor in the stock market, enjoys skiing, soccer, sailing and spending time with his family. He has three medical device patents.

PartnerJoel is a board-certified Emergency Physician in his 31st year of practice. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Roanoke Virginia. He has spent the majority of his career practicing medicine in New Hampshire. Joel enjoys mountain biking, trail building, spending time with his family, and good coffee.
We are experienced emergency medicine physicians based in New Hampshire. We partnered in this business endeavor to create a local medical staffing group that is uniquely advantageous for both healthcare workers and hospitals.
We aim to counter the current business models of the larger contract management and locum tenens companies. Let’s face it, these companies charge too much, waste too much, keep too much for their administrators, and pass too little on to healthcare workers. Medical professionals deserve more - more freedom to practice based on their training, style and conscience.
We founded this company on the tenets of conscious capitalism, in which all stakeholders are valued and rewarded. With this focus, we ensure that our healthcare workers provide great patient care, are well-paid, and have the flexibility to work when they want. In turn, we can guarantee our hospitals quality, reliability and a deep bench of healthcare professionals in varying specialties.
